Ken Golding Picture Framing is a small family business operating from home based workshops, which offers convenience to the customer without compromising on quality.

The emphasis is on offering a friendly, personal service and the person you speak to (Ken) is the person that will be carrying out your framing work.

As well as offering a personalised service and the willingness to spend time discussing your requirements you also benefit from:

* Where tape is required within the frame, it will conform to ( or exceed ) PH7-70 Conservation / Archival tape - It is an acid free adhesive on an acid free paper. The adhesive is non-ageing and will not turn yellow. The tape has excellent temperature resistance which has not been achieved by any other archival tape to date.

* The benefits of a mountboard, if required, will be discussed with you at the time of placing an order.

* The reverse side of a glazed frame will be protected against dust and insect ingress.

* Specialist advice, such as the need for dry mounting or the best frame dimensions to suit your artwork, rather than one size suits all. All our frames are made to measure.

Remember, a family photograph or child’s drawing is just as valuable to the owner as an antique oil painting and each framing job deserves careful consideration.

Prices

Each frame is custom made and each mountboard individually cut, so it is difficult to generalise on prices, however, we can normally accommodate most budgets.
